Wipro Disadvantage
Wipro has UCF policy(Exam for every year) which makes it cumbersome for the employee to pass and get appraisal.
People who are working in 24*7 Project has to manitain 9.5 hr mandatorily to eligible for shift allowance.
Attrition rate of Wipro is high.
Salaries is less for frehers as compared to other MNC. Salary is based only on training results.
What is the process for changing preferred joining location for campus hire at Wipro? I am yet to receive the joining letter.
ReplyDeletehi sir I am working as a contract employee in Wipro giving tech support to mnc company from since 18 months ,in our franchise they told after 18 months you will attend one online exam if you selected then only you will be a core employee of Wipro? anyone please suggest me on this.
